First floor Enter the first floor which has a hallway leading to a bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom. This room can sleep 2 people.

 

Second Floor Go up the stairs to the second floor and you enter an open floor concept with a brand new kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to whip up a meal for your whole group! The kitchen has a dishwasher and a garbage disposal.

 

There is a dining and living room area with a 65 inch TV and streaming services available which include Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney Plus, and Prime. There is an outdoor patio to enjoy your food and drinks while watching the fireworks and sunset over the ocean.

 

There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom in the back. This sleeps 2 people. There is also a laundry room with a full washer and dryer.

 

Third floor Go up the stairs again and enter the third floor with the second living room containing a full sleeper sofa, a 55 inch TV, and a working station to take any of your important meetings.

 

There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that can sleep 2. The master has a private patio with views of the ocean. There is also another 55 inch TV in the master bedroom with all the streaming apps available.

 

There is another bedroom with a private full bathroom that has two full over full bunk beds with twin trundles. Perfect to sleep 6 people comfortably!

 

This entire house is kid friendly and includes the following amenities to make it easier for you and your little ones:
