Some notes to remember when you get to the property...
-
Text owner for code to garage, code to front door, and code to the lock box if needed
-
Each closet has a bin with a lock (code 222) that has sheets and comforters for the beds. We want to move to a color coding system which is going to be as follows- king sheets are beige color, queen sheets are blue color, full sheets are white. We will still have white in ALL the sizes also
-
In the Owners Closet on the first floor, there are the following items:
-
shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion - put 2 of each in each of the bathroom
-
soap bar, place 1 per sink in each bathroom (master bathroom will have 2 since there's 2 sinks)
-
white bath towels and white hand towels to put out in the bathrooms (the colorful ones are only for the owners for the beach, not guests) Note- put 4 white bath towels and 2 hand towels in each bathroom
-
trash bag for the kitchen trash can and small trash bags for the bathroom trash cans (put 1-2 extra on the bottom of each trash can)
-
dishwasher pods (make sure there's some under the sink in the kitchen)
-
laundry detergent pods (make sure a few 2-4 are put out in the laundry room in the container that says "Detergent") Note- there is bleach in the laundry room to be used to clean all the white sheets/comforters.
-
stain spot remover spray - use it if you notice any stains on the sheets and comforters
-
toilet paper (Make sure there 1 roll on each of the toilet paper holders in each bathroom. If it is running low (less than half), put an extra one on the toilet bowl. Do not put an extra one if the roll on the holder seems ok)
-
Paper towel - make sure to put one roll out in the kitchen
-
Coffee pods - put out 4 coffee pods next to the coffee machine for each stay
-

Make sure living room chairs look like this with a WHITE pillow on it
Living room chair should not look like this. if it’s like this flip the cushions (notice the seat cushion is indented so we like to flip that from time to time to even it out so it doesn’t look saggy)

Here is what the living room should look like
(notice which pillows go on here, how the chairs are, etc)
How The House Should Look

Beds should be tucked like this.
Outside patio should look like this (note how the cushions and pillows are)
